Provides fractional finance leadership for a nonprofit modernization project. Responsibilities include documenting finance and accounting policies, improving management reporting and forecasting, developing dashboards and KPIs, and optimizing month-end close processes, reconciliations, journal entries, allocations, calendars, and controls. The contractor will collaborate with the CFO and Senior Manager of Accounting and deliver sustainable process improvements using Financial Edge NXT.

Provide college and career advising to students (grades 6–7 initially) through classroom workshops, group and individual meetings, FAFSA and financial aid support, test prep assistance, scholarship promotion, data entry and tracking, and family outreach. Support events, trainings, and departmental initiatives while following grant guidelines and maintaining student confidentiality.
