Provide college and career advising to students (grades 6–7 initially) through classroom workshops, group and individual meetings, FAFSA and financial aid support, test prep assistance, scholarship promotion, data entry and tracking, and family outreach. Support events, trainings, and departmental initiatives while following grant guidelines and maintaining student confidentiality.

Manage grant development operations including prospect research, writing and editing competitive proposals and reports, coordinating federal submissions, maintaining grants calendar and databases (Raiser's Edge, SharePoint), collaborating with finance and program staff, and ensuring compliance and timely submissions.
