Manages the planning, implementation, evaluation, budgeting, and compliance of college access and career advising programs across schools and partner sites. Supervises, trains, and coaches staff; tracks program data and expenditures; supports grant and stakeholder activities; ensures service quality and reporting accuracy; and provides advising services as needed. The role requires collaboration with schools, community organizations, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Provide college and career advising to students (grades 6–7 initially) through classroom workshops, group and individual meetings, FAFSA and financial aid support, test prep assistance, scholarship promotion, data entry and tracking, and family outreach. Support events, trainings, and departmental initiatives while following grant guidelines and maintaining student confidentiality.
