Senior leadership role supporting the Vice-President, Teaching to manage governance, compliance and strategic dossiers for the teaching sector. Duties include policy development, regulatory reporting (SAQCO, CEQEP), stakeholder relations, budget and project management, quality assurance, partnership and placement governance, program and guide publication, recruitment and program suspension processes, and leading continuous improvement and conflict resolution efforts.

Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate employment navigation for Francophone clients: assess needs, develop career plans, deliver workshops, connect clients to training, employers and community resources, track outcomes, and support employer engagement to promote inclusive hiring.

Administers and develops Microsoft 365 and LMS environments (D2L/Moodle), designs integrations, builds portals/APIs/scripts, automates with PowerShell and CI/CD, ensures security/compliance (NIST, GDPR), monitors performance, and provides advanced technical support and user training.

Provide administrative and logistical support for inclusion-focused initiatives, manage event/training coordination, prepare HR and financial documents, and create and schedule social media content. Maintain project records, collaborate with communications and community partners, and compile participation and engagement reports. Travel within the province as required.

Lead development and governance of institutional AI strategy, ensuring ethical, secure, and compliant adoption of AI/LLM technologies. Coordinate cross‑sector initiatives, manage AI risk and data governance, set policies, oversee vendor/technology selection, and drive capability building and change management.

Provide technical lab support for IT programs: prepare and run lab experiments, develop teaching materials and tools, maintain equipment and supplies, advise on purchases, and support students and faculty with complex technical questions.

Lead and coordinate school partnership projects and programs, manage budgets and resources, prepare funding applications, perform evaluations and reporting, build and maintain internal and external partnerships, and promote activities to increase program visibility and participation.

Provide technical support to faculty by preparing lab exercises, maintaining and repairing equipment, managing inventory, ensuring health and safety, and supporting hands-on instruction for students.

Supervise, coach and assess nursing students in hospital and community clinical placements. Provide direct clinical instruction, ensure safe ethical practice, coordinate with course faculty, document student progress, report incidents, and lead debriefings each shift.
