Supports instructors by preparing laboratory experiences, practical exercises, and learning activities. Provides specialized technical assistance, develops equipment and instructional tools, evaluates and maintains equipment, manages supplies and replacement parts, performs troubleshooting and minor repairs, organizes workshops, and conducts safety inspections. The role requires mechanical knowledge, familiarity with welding equipment and heavy vehicles, ability to operate heavy machinery, and physical capacity for lifting and manual tasks.

Leads the college’s admissions, registration, enrollment, student mobility, records, curriculum, tuition, financial aid, scheduling, graduation, and academic credential processes. Establishes strategic direction, ensures institutional and regulatory compliance, manages appeals and complaints, oversees staff and vendors, develops budgets, supports senior leadership and committees, and directs systems and process improvements. The role also safeguards student information, manages communications, and serves as the final authority for certifying completed studies.

Manages student life and alumni association initiatives across College Boreal campuses. Oversees student governance, leadership programming, events, services, alumni engagement, partnerships, budgets, personnel, reporting, and strategic planning. Promotes Francophone culture, student participation, inclusion, and institutional priorities while coordinating with internal departments, campuses, students, graduates, faculty, community partners, and external stakeholders.
