Partners with product creation, buying, planning, sales, marketing, and visual merchandising teams to develop seasonal product plans, pricing strategies, channel assortments, brand stories, and lifecycle strategies. Owns channel consumer insights, financial targets, product presentations, go-to-market coordination, and product knowledge initiatives. Requires strong retail math, presentation, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with value-channel experience and travel as needed.

Leads the global women’s sneaker and sport footwear product line, setting category strategy, seasonal assortments, pricing, and product lifecycle plans. Translates consumer insights, market trends, brand objectives, and financial targets into commercial product strategies. Partners with design, development, planning, sales, marketing, buying, and regional teams from concept through commercialization. Presents product opportunities internally and to wholesale customers while driving assortment optimization, MOQ management, process improvement, and category growth.

Leads women’s footwear product lines for value and moderate channels across North American direct-to-consumer and wholesale markets. Owns channel strategy, assortment planning, pricing, product lifecycle, seasonal financial targets, consumer insights, and go-to-market execution. Partners with product creation, buying, planning, sales, marketing, design, and visual merchandising teams to develop product lines, communicate brand stories, and drive channel growth.

Leads the global women’s sneaker and sport footwear product line, setting category strategy, seasonal assortments, pricing, and lifecycle plans. Uses consumer insights, market trends, and financial metrics to drive product performance. Partners with design, development, planning, sales, marketing, buying, and regional teams from concept through commercialization. Represents the category in sales presentations and customer engagements while leading assortment optimization, MOQ management, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.

Supports inbound warehouse operations by coordinating daily work plans, training employees, reconciling receipts and SAP postings, researching inventory discrepancies, maintaining carton and product dimension accuracy, assisting with picking and replenishment, addressing vendor compliance issues, and supporting safety and other distribution center functions.

Manages men’s footwear commercialization from seasonal handoff through confirmation reviews. Coordinates with factories, Asia development teams, design, and cross-functional partners; tracks samples, specifications, approvals, milestones, and PLM records. Develops carryover SKUs and new uppers, reviews costing breakdowns, recommends material or engineering alternatives, supports product confirmation meetings, and conducts market, competitive, and trend research.

Lead Cole Haan's U.S. digital commerce experience and a cross-functional team to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue. Own digital merchandising, content, SEO, UX, personalization, and commerce platform design; partner with analytics, merchandising, product, and technology to optimize customer journeys, promotions, and omnichannel experiences. Present results to leadership and develop a high-performing team.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of seasonal, integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, and retail channels. Manage project timelines, stakeholder approvals, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Production, PR, Legal, and agencies. Drive process improvements, governance, and tools for scalable creative asset distribution while mentoring one direct report.

Coordinate and train full-time and temporary associates on receiving functions for a distribution center. Plan and prioritize inbound receipts, monitor DC capacity, produce daily/weekly reports and metrics, support cross-functional coordination, and assist other warehouse areas. Ensure ergonomic and safety practices and perform occasional physical tasks including lifting and quality checks.

Perform inbound receiving, stocking, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory movement in a high-volume warehouse. Use WMS/RF scanners and powered equipment to receive, weigh/measure, put away, and pick cartons. Operate warehouse machinery (order pickers, forklifts, yard tractors) for at least half the day, train temporary staff, support other warehouse areas, and follow safety procedures.
