Defines category design language, directs franchises, prototypes, testing, commercialization, and performance innovation. Partners cross-functionally across product, engineering, sourcing, marketing, and supply chain while managing marketplace impact, sustainability, and cost. Builds and develops a multidisciplinary footwear design team, establishes creative standards, and connects brand vision with consumer needs and commercial objectives.

Leads creative strategy and hands-on development for dual-gender sneakers and performance footwear, from concept through commercialization. Defines category design language, franchises, product stories, and seasonal direction while balancing aesthetics, performance, cost, quality, and sustainability. Partners with product, engineering, sourcing, marketing, and innovation teams, guides prototypes and testing, protects creative intent, and builds a high-performing multidisciplinary footwear design team.

Supports wholesale merchandise planning through sales, inventory, replenishment, open-to-buy, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Prepares recurring and ad hoc performance reports, identifies risks and opportunities, manages core and replenishment assortments, monitors SKU-level sales and projections, and recommends actions to improve growth. Collaborates with Sales, Merchandising, Product Management, Finance, and Demand Planning teams while helping standardize reporting and communication.
