Lead the design and execution of women’s fashion and hybrid sneakers from concept through final production. Develop seasonal silhouettes, uppers, tooling, materials, colors, and finishes across multiple price tiers while balancing style, comfort, performance, brand DNA, and commercial goals. Collaborate with design, product management, development, innovation, merchandising, and global manufacturing teams; review prototypes, present concepts, and provide feedback to ensure successful final products.

Lead the design and execution of women's casual and hybrid sneakers from concept through final production. Develop silhouettes across multiple price tiers, translating brand strategy, consumer insights, and trends into commercially viable products. Create upper and tooling concepts, integrate comfort and performance technologies, review prototypes, and collaborate with design, product management, development, innovation, merchandising, and manufacturing teams. Present seasonal concepts and strategies while maintaining strong awareness of women's fashion, sneaker culture, materials, and competitive trends.

Leads women’s footwear product lines for value and moderate wholesale channels and North American DTC. Partners with product creation, buying, planning, sales, marketing, and visual merchandising teams to develop seasonal product plans, pricing strategies, channel assortments, brand stories, and lifecycle strategies. Owns channel consumer insights, financial targets, product presentations, go-to-market coordination, and product knowledge initiatives. Requires strong retail math, presentation, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with value-channel experience and travel as needed.
