Oversees prospect identification, data validation, research methodologies, deep-dive analysis, intelligence gathering, visualization, reporting, and briefing materials. Develops actionable recommendations, expands donor prospect pools, forecasts trends, improves research processes, and manages cross-functional initiatives. Supervises staff, partners with senior administration and fundraising leadership, and promotes data integrity, confidentiality, innovation, and collaboration.

Coordinates museum communications and marketing across websites, social media, email, media relations, and print and digital materials. Maintains digital platforms, schedules and publishes content, manages email lists and campaigns, coordinates vendors and project timelines, tracks engagement metrics, supports press activities, and assists with supervising a communications intern. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Lead the Colby College Museum of Art as its visionary, collaborative Director. Responsibilities include advancing the Museum’s national profile, strengthening relationships with students, faculty, trustees, donors, artists, collectors, and community members, expanding partnerships with major museums and academic institutions, and guiding the Museum’s growth and interdisciplinary impact within the College and broader art community.

Develops and teaches inclusive, curriculum-based art lessons for K–12 students, families, and community participants at onsite and offsite programs. Leads hands-on art-making activities, connects studio work to gallery experiences, prepares materials, tracks program progress, maintains studio organization, collaborates with museum staff, and participates in training and outreach initiatives.

Raises leadership gifts and sponsorships for the museum, manages a 100+ household donor portfolio, and leads Friends of Art annual giving. Develops solicitation, engagement, communications, events, stewardship, gift acknowledgment, and donor pipeline strategies. Conducts donor research, tracks fundraising goals, collaborates with advancement and museum teams, and serves as a liaison to museum leadership, staff, and board members.

Coordinates academic records, curriculum setup, registration processes, data validation, reporting, and student information system support. Maintains confidential records under FERPA, performs quality assurance, assists with system testing and process improvements, documents procedures, and responds to student, faculty, and staff inquiries. The role also provides cross-functional Registrar’s Office coverage and requires accuracy, discretion, analytical ability, strong communication, and effective deadline management.
