Leads institution-wide strategic initiatives and planning processes for the President’s Office. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, conducting research and analysis, developing recommendations and executive materials, managing strategic project timelines, and pursuing foundation and government funding. The Director collaborates with senior leadership, campus communities, external partners, and governing boards to translate institutional priorities into action.

Manage recruiting and educational events, workshops, campaigns, job postings, stakeholder engagement, and event outcomes. Maintain partnership and student-success data in career platforms, oversee departmental systems, coordinate internship-for-credit approvals, and support student professional development. The role requires strong communication, organization, relationship management, technology proficiency, and at least five years of related experience.

Creates, shoots, edits, and publishes short-form video and visual content across social platforms to promote the College. Manages content strategy, scheduling, copywriting, audience engagement, analytics, reporting, social listening, and reputation monitoring. Collaborates with campus departments and communications teams, covers events, manages an email newsletter, and supervises student content workers while ensuring brand, accessibility, privacy, copyright, and editorial compliance.
