Coordinates museum communications and marketing across websites, social media, email, media relations, and print and digital materials. Maintains digital platforms, schedules and publishes content, manages email lists and campaigns, coordinates vendors and project timelines, tracks engagement metrics, supports press activities, and assists with supervising a communications intern. Collaborates across Museum and College departments to promote exhibitions, programs, collections, and institutional initiatives.

Maintains college grounds through mowing, raking, planting, lawn and trail care, snow removal, tree maintenance, and athletic field upkeep. Supports campus events, moving, facility setups, and small improvement projects. Operates and performs basic maintenance on grounds equipment, responds to work orders and emergencies, supervises student workers, and follows safety procedures while working outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Supports endowment management through investment data management, portfolio analytics, reporting, investment research, and technology-driven process improvements. Develops automated workflows, dashboards, analytical models, performance reports, and data governance processes. Analyzes portfolio performance, investment managers, market trends, and prospective opportunities, presenting findings to Investment Office leadership. Collaborates on operational initiatives, supports reporting for committees and trustees, and provides technical guidance to interns.
