Support the Project Manager in overseeing commercial construction projects: manage cost controls and pay requests, coordinate subcontractors, process submittals and RFIs, expedite materials, obtain permits, interpret plans/specs, assist preconstruction, and build client relationships while maintaining schedule and budget.

Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout: coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules, submittals, budgets and change requests, lead meetings, support safety investigations, and drive on-site execution to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Lead monthly close and produce GAAP-compliant financial statements; manage construction WIP and revenue recognition; govern GL, AP, fixed assets, leases, and intercompany activity; serve as technical accounting authority; maintain audit readiness, internal controls, and develop accounting staff to ensure accurate project cost data and reliable reporting.
