Build and maintain integrations connecting CoLab to CAD, PLM, and enterprise systems. Design and implement desktop and web capabilities, troubleshoot PLM/CAD workflows, collaborate with Product and Customer Success, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, reliable engineering lifecycle software.

Lead expansion and growth within existing enterprise accounts, build and execute strategic account plans, qualify opportunities, coordinate with AE and Customer Success for renewals/expansions, document activities in Salesforce, and travel regularly to customer sites and biannual team meetings.

Own enterprise sales for CoLab in Europe, closing $200K–$2M+ deals. Drive strategy for large accounts, conduct discovery, build stakeholder relationships, negotiate contracts, manage pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally, and support expansions and renewals.

Build defensible, finance-grade ROI models and business cases for enterprise deals. Collaborate with account teams to quantify engineering and manufacturing value, convert incomplete data into executive narratives, support pilots/POCs, and create scalable value frameworks and enablement for revenue, product, and CS teams.

Produce polished product marketing animations, motion-design videos, short-form social and demand-generation clips, and brand-focused video content. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to refine storyboards, translate technical product workflows into clear visual stories, and manage projects from storyboard handoff through final delivery. Responsibilities include UI simulation, animation, video editing, audio and voiceover curation, sound design, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across fast-paced content production.

Develop backend systems for 3D AutoReview, including geometry parsing, model analysis, quality detection, rule systems, scalable APIs, and AI-assisted review workflows. Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, and machine learning teams to deliver production features. Build extensible systems for custom 3D rules and reference data while experimenting with CAD, machine learning, and large language model technologies.

Embed with strategic customers to scope, build, and deploy complex integrations, backend services, and data pipelines that connect enterprise systems (data lakes, IdP, PLM, ERP) to CoLab. Own delivery from discovery to production, collaborate with product, design, engineering and customer teams, drive adoption, and feed learnings back to the product.

Lead enterprise deal strategy and execution for CoLab's largest European manufacturing accounts. Run executive workshops, build value cases and playbooks, align multi-stakeholder buying groups, enable revenue teams with repeatable land-and-expand motions, and feed customer insights into product priorities to drive regional growth.

Design and build scalable backend services and retrieval systems powering AI-driven search and knowledge retrieval. Improve search quality, data pipelines, performance, and observability while integrating structured and unstructured engineering data and collaborating across AI, product, and engineering teams.

Lead the sales team to exceed targets, develop top talent, and expand customer sales by collaborating cross-functionally and driving process improvements.

Lead customer onboarding from contract to adoption: configure environments (SSO, integrations, workspaces), run trainings and launches, manage enterprise rollouts, apply change management, build repeatable playbooks, and feed implementation insights into education and product.

The VP of Software Engineering leads the engineering organization, driving software development, scaling teams, and ensuring compliance with standards while collaborating across functions to support product and customer success.

Lead post-sale customer journey for enterprise accounts to drive product adoption, retention, and measurable business outcomes. Develop and execute success plans, run executive reviews, remove adoption blockers, coordinate cross-functional teams, enable technical onboarding, and support renewal and expansion. Prioritize in-person engagement and travel to build strategic relationships and scale CS programs.

Serve as trusted advisor for global enterprise customers, lead post-sale adoption and success planning, drive retention and expansion, manage executive engagement and business reviews, mitigate risks, collaborate with Sales and Customer Engineering, use adoption data to measure ROI, and prioritize in-person customer engagement and travel up to 25%.

Build and run a new deal desk: design end-to-end quote-to-contract workflows, consolidate templates, create repeatable Legal partnership processes, and improve deal integrity and data flow between Sales, Legal, and Finance.

Build and maintain scalable SaaS platform integrations connecting CoLab to CAD, PLM, ERP and enterprise systems. Design, develop, test, and ship user-facing features and robust APIs. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical direction, and improve product UX and performance.

Design and deliver industry and product technical curriculum for Account Executives: certify discovery and demo readiness, run live coaching, maintain and refresh training within two weeks of major releases, and partner with Product, PMM, and Enablement to track and improve rubric-based demo quality and pass rates.

Design and run a scalable customer education program (CoLab Academy) to accelerate time-to-value, build onboarding and certification content, implement an LMS, measure impact on adoption and renewals, and enable CSMs and GTM teams through cross-functional collaboration.
