Lead UX design for a complex enterprise SaaS platform, shaping system workflows, design systems, and cross-team alignment. Conduct research, mentor designers, translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, and influence product strategy.

Embed with strategic customers to scope, build, and deploy complex integrations, backend services, and data pipelines that connect enterprise systems (data lakes, IdP, PLM, ERP) to CoLab. Own delivery from discovery to production, collaborate with product, design, engineering and customer teams, drive adoption, and feed learnings back to the product.

Lead enterprise deal strategy and execution for CoLab's largest European manufacturing accounts. Run executive workshops, build value cases and playbooks, align multi-stakeholder buying groups, enable revenue teams with repeatable land-and-expand motions, and feed customer insights into product priorities to drive regional growth.
