The role includes productizing fraud and risk models, defining thresholds and monitoring, analyzing loss economics, building merchant-facing controls and reporting, improving internal risk operations tooling, and evaluating risk infrastructure vendors. The Principal Product Manager will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, finance, compliance, and commercial teams in a high-ambiguity environment.

Own Coinflow’s growth function by activating outbound campaigns, running experiments across paid, email, LinkedIn, events, and lifecycle channels, and optimizing the demand funnel. Track qualified leads, meetings, acquisition costs, attribution, and marketing-sourced pipeline. Build ABM programs, improve conversion paths, manage paid acquisition, test new verticals, and collaborate with Revenue, Partnerships, Events, and Content to generate scalable pipeline.

Own product strategy and execution for risk, compliance, fraud, and decisioning infrastructure. Build internal tools, structure manual workflows, develop case management and onboarding products, and drive data-informed improvements. Lead global payments vendor procurement and onboarding, coordinating engineering, legal, compliance, and operations. The role requires high ownership, strong cross-functional communication, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments while contributing to broader payments product initiatives.

Perform high-volume outbound cold calls to fintech, banking, and crypto prospects, qualify interest and fit, book meetings for BDRs, maintain CRM records, follow up via phone and email, and meet daily call and monthly meeting targets.

Own Coinflow's defensive and offensive security posture: deploy and operate SIEM and SecOps dashboards, run continuous internal pentests, triage CVEs and manage dependency upgrades, integrate SAST/DAST/secret scanning into CI, define secure-by-default patterns, and produce audit-ready evidence for PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and DORA compliance.

Own Coinflow's ML layer: explore transaction and behavioral data, build production models and decisioning systems, establish ML/data practices, define core metrics, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to embed intelligence into products and tooling.

Lead frontend engineering work: build and own a production design system, design and ship end-to-end React/TypeScript features, modernize merchant and dashboard surfaces, set visual direction for a fintech product, and make component/theming architecture decisions while collaborating closely with backend engineers.

Execute Coinflow's growth marketing programs across events, community, content, and social media. Manage event logistics and on-site execution, publish and distribute content, run growth experiments, track market and competitor trends, and maintain daily social engagement and reporting to drive revenue and partnerships.

Lead and ship production-critical payment systems as a hands-on engineering leader. Own delivery, technical direction, incident resolution, mentoring, hiring, and engineering process in a compliance-focused fintech environment.

The Operations Support Analyst will enhance merchant onboarding efficiency by managing workflows, configuring accounts, maintaining data integrity, and refining processes based on data-driven insights.

Own and build Coinflow's EU go-to-market: define strategy and priorities, generate direct merchant revenue, create partner referral channels, manage full sales cycle to go-live, translate compliance into executable deals, establish regional ops and reporting, and hire the team to scale the region.

Design, build, and operate high-throughput, reliable payment processing systems, merchant APIs, and real-time settlement engines. Scale platform performance, optimize databases and service communication, instrument monitoring/alerting, ship end-to-end product features, and mentor engineers while contributing to architecture and engineering best practices.

Work on-site with customer engineering teams to design and deploy integrations, build prototypes, debug live API/SDK/payment issues, own onboarding through go-live, analyze transaction data, and translate customer needs into product improvements.
