Teams at Coinflow

Leads Coinflow’s enterprise compliance governance program across the US, Canada, and EU. Responsibilities include policy and control framework ownership, second-line BSA/AML testing, regulatory change management, sponsor bank coordination, audit and exam readiness, issue remediation, governance reporting, and compliance tooling rollout. The role partners with Risk, Legal, Engineering, Product, Underwriting, AML, and Operations while driving findings and action items to documented closure.

Oversee merchant KYC and KYB reviews, enhanced due diligence, periodic reviews, recordkeeping, and compliance assessments. Develop SOPs, workflows, controls, and playbooks for regional and product expansion. Partner with Compliance, Product, Engineering, Integrations, Support, and underwriting teams to improve tooling, automation, review quality, and scalability while identifying fraud and regulatory risks.

Own core payments products spanning pay-ins, payouts, checkout, withdrawals, geographic expansion, fraud decisioning, and merchant/developer experience. Lead vendor and banking partner procurement, evaluate providers, coordinate legal and compliance requirements, translate operational complexity into product specifications, and drive end-to-end execution. Use data to improve approval rates, loss performance, and customer experience while supporting broader product initiatives across global payments.
