We're seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage the sales cycle, generate leads, and identify growth opportunities in the AI and SaaS sectors.

Drive customer discovery and delivery using the Cogna platform: engage clients, map processes, define and deploy bespoke software solutions, train and support users, collect feedback, and iterate to improve outcomes across utilities, energy, manufacturing, and construction.

Own and evolve customer-facing application surfaces: run deep discovery, prioritise roadmap for commercial impact, ship MVPs, collaborate with design and engineering, and drive delivery in a 0→1 to scale environment.

Own the Agent Platform and core backend services that make AI a dependable building block. Define, ship, and iterate managed agents and globally distributed APIs, partner with engineering on scale, run delivery, set success metrics, and drive adoption and reliability of LLM-based capabilities.

As a Platform Engineer, you will design and maintain cloud infrastructure, improve internal platforms, and enhance security and observability for product delivery.

Build and maintain AI-first product features and internal frameworks for working with LLMs, design reusable architectures and toolchains, develop evaluation systems and benchmarks, experiment with LLM techniques, and take experimental ideas into production while writing high-quality maintainable code.
