Evaluates, develops, and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, quality methods, and production efficiency. Maintains manufacturing records, bills of material, work instructions, and test documentation. Supports assembly-floor troubleshooting, costing, continuous improvement, equipment maintenance coordination, and program managers. Provides technical guidance to manufacturing technicians while applying lean manufacturing, design-for-manufacturing, CAD, and electro-mechanical assembly knowledge.

Manages engineering change orders, document control workflows, bills of material, and configuration management processes. Develops procedures, coordinates PLM and ECO/BOM software implementation, supports testing and training, and serves as a liaison between IT, engineering, program management, and clients. Processes part numbers, BOMs, and change records in PLM or MRP systems while supporting documentation and minor CAD changes in controlled environments.

Leads complex product development projects from concept through commercialization, serving as the primary technical customer interface. Oversees requirements, design documentation, risk management, verification, change control, design-for-excellence initiatives, and technical deliverables. Provides technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management teams. Supports project planning, scope assessment, resource allocation, customer negotiations, project documentation, ISO-compliant project history files, and project closeout improvements.

Process bi-weekly payroll, reconcile payroll and cash transactions, prepare general ledger entries, manage benefits deductions and 401(k) funding, administer garnishments, validate time records, generate reports, support ADP users, and maintain employee data in ADP and UKG systems. Ensure compliance with payroll tax, wage and hour, garnishment, and IRS requirements while handling adjustments, verifications, and benefits invoices.

The Quality Engineer II ensures compliance standards are met, leads training, supports process validation, reviews quality records, and collaborates with teams to address quality issues using various analytical techniques.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will improve manufacturing processes and efficiencies, support NPI, and guide junior staff while ensuring product quality and documenting processes.
