Communicate with subcontractors and customers, work independently, and ensure paperwork, schedules, and job records remain current and accurate.

Drives profitable commercial growth by developing customer relationships, preparing estimates and proposals, tracking bids, coordinating installation schedules and project handoffs, supporting billing and closeout, and protecting project margins. The role serves as the primary liaison among customers, contractors, operations, field teams, and leadership while managing opportunities from initial pursuit through final payment.
