Manages accounts receivable collections, aging, cash applications, customer billing and invoicing, cost accounting, and account reconciliations. The role requires QuickBooks and strong Excel skills, along with organization, communication, and teamwork. It supports the company’s financial operations and may handle additional accounting duties as needed.

Prospect for new commercial customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits. Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve account goals. Build long-term commercial customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with delivery and service teams, resolve concerns, maintain CRM records, and develop the local territory. Prior outside sales or B2B sales experience is preferred, but training is available.

Manage daily office operations for a commercial and industrial contractor. Responsibilities include customer communication, service workflow coordination, technician dispatch, scheduling, invoicing, receivables, compliance, and administrative support. The Office Manager works on-site in Arlington, Texas, reports to the owner, and collaborates with HVAC and electrical trade leads and field technicians during standard weekday business hours.
