Executive leader overseeing electric utility business functions, including customer energy solutions, business operations, safety, employee development, control center, and metering operations. Partners with the General Manager and senior leadership on strategy, budgeting, regulatory compliance, reliability, operational excellence, stakeholder relations, public communication, and talent management. Develops energy efficiency and demand-response programs, supports community and economic development, and ensures safe, efficient, customer-focused electric service delivery.

Provide customer service at Garey Park: register participants, collect fees, issue equipment, monitor activities for safety and policy compliance, complete reports, assist with events, perform basic facility maintenance, and support administrative tasks.

Provide customer service and supervise youth and adult athletic programs; issue and maintain equipment; register participants and collect fees; open/close facility; handle inquiries, incidents, and paperwork; assist with setup/cleanup, special events, basic maintenance, and program administration.

Plan, manage, and evaluate aquatics operations, staff, budgets, and programs. Ensure safety, training, water quality, facility maintenance, events, and customer service for city pool facilities.

Lead procurement, strategic planning, and cross-department projects for the electric utility. Manage RFP/RFQ development, contract administration, budget monitoring, DER and key account support, meeting coordination, and communications. Serve as liaison to Purchasing, Legal, CAPE, and the Electric Utility Advisory Board, and support utility-wide initiatives and special projects.

Coordinate and administer occupational safety, workers' compensation, auto and general liability programs. Conduct investigations, inspections, training, and return-to-work coordination. Maintain safety plans, policies, records, and technical library; support audits, regulatory reporting, drug/alcohol testing, and safety committee activities. Provide confidential employee support and prepare safety metrics, procedures, and written materials.

Create and activate utility accounts for new construction, process work orders and meter-set service orders, monitor permits and certificates of occupancy, manage billing and move-ins/move-outs, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, audit account and meter data, and ensure compliance with City of Georgetown utility policies.

Manage the City's long-range and neighborhood planning programs, oversee implementation of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan and Housing Element, coordinate housing grants and CDBG projects, run community engagement and neighborhood initiatives, liaison to the Housing Advisory Board, review rezoning/site plans for compliance, supervise staff and consultants, and manage home repair and workforce housing programs.

Lead the Citys historic preservation and downtown redevelopment initiatives: manage design review, provide technical and policy guidance, liaise with Historic and Architectural Review Commission, coordinate master plan implementation, supervise staff, assist with development code updates, and support property owners and developers through preservation processes.
