Serve as the primary liaison between Coeur Silvertip and Kaska communities. Operate and maintain longhole drilling equipment to meet production goals; perform pre-shift inspections, sample drill cuttings, assist with blasting, maintain ground control, perform minor maintenance, and follow safety procedures while working rotational on-site shifts.

Supervise longhole crews for drilling, loading, and blasting of production stopes. Plan and track drill footage, inspect drill holes, develop stope blast plans, coordinate maintenance and training, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with supervisors to optimize production and equipment readiness.

Lead health and safety initiatives at an open-pit mining operation: identify and promote best practices, perform risk assessments, support incident investigations, coach field teams, and drive continuous improvement for MSHA compliance.

Lead implementation and sustainment of Remote Monitoring Centre and APM system to improve reliability and lifecycle performance of fixed plant and mobile equipment. Develop asset health models, guide OT/IT integrations, enable condition‑based and predictive maintenance, validate analytics outputs, perform RCA/RCM/FMEA, translate findings into maintenance strategies, and mentor teams. Remote role with 20–40% travel to operations.

Support design and rollout of a corporate Process Safety Management framework across seven mine sites: assess maturity, draft standards (HIRA, MOC, engineering controls), train and coach site teams, lead baseline PHAs and P&ID updates, monitor performance via dashboards, manage action tracking, and adapt corporate guidance into field-executable procedures while conducting investigations and analytics.

Provide day-to-day HR support at an active mine site: recruit, onboard, handle employee relations, training, benefits liaison, compliance, and workforce development while working primarily in the field.

Drive measurable operational improvements across mining sites using engineering solutions and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Design process optimizations, analyze data with Tableau/Power BI and Python, maintain/query MySQL or Snowflake databases, lead workshops, support on-site implementation, and assist integration of newly acquired sites. Role requires stakeholder engagement, change management, and ~50% travel to mine sites.

Lead and deliver the Silvertip underground mining project from FEED to operations. Accountable for safety, governance, cost, schedule, risk, contract/commercial control, stakeholder/interface coordination, team leadership, and ensuring delivery to approved business case on time and on budget.

Serve as HR business partner for a remote mining operation, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, workforce planning, investigations, disability/accommodation, engagement initiatives, and HR process improvements while supporting rotational camp operations.

Manage corporate Accounts Payable including invoice entry, resolving discrepancies, and payments (checks, ACH, wires). Support subsidiary AP issues, month-end journal entries and reconciliations, 1099 filing, bank deposits, credit card program administration, fixed asset system assistance, cross-department collaboration, and special projects.

Lead modernization of Internal Audit by building AI-enabled analytics, automation, and continuous monitoring for SOX and operational audits. Design automated control testing, integrate analytics into AuditBoard, collaborate with IT/Finance, coach audit team members, and support risk-based audits, remediation, and governance of audit automation.
