Teams at Coeur Mining, Inc.

Serve as the primary liaison between Coeur Silvertip and Kaska communities. Coordinate community engagement, manage SEPA commitments and reporting, support Indigenous employment and training programs, track social performance and risks, maintain engagement databases, and report to the Coeur Advisory Committee and Kaska leadership.

Operate and maintain longhole drilling equipment to meet production goals; perform pre-shift inspections, sample drill cuttings, assist with blasting, maintain ground control, perform minor maintenance, and follow safety procedures while working rotational on-site shifts.

Supervise longhole crews for drilling, loading, and blasting of production stopes. Plan and track drill footage, inspect drill holes, develop stope blast plans, coordinate maintenance and training, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with supervisors to optimize production and equipment readiness.
