Supervise a small team of project managers while managing a limited portfolio of high-touch digital accounts. Maintain PMO standards, lead training, implement process improvements, oversee billing and budgets, enable AI-powered workflows, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Client Engagement, Digital Ops, and Data & Technology.

The Senior Project Manager oversees management of high-touch accounts, mentoring project managers, developing processes, managing budgets and contracts, and contributing to PMO improvements.

Manage day-to-day execution of paid influencer programs: source and vet creators, handle outreach and scheduling, support contracting and onboarding, QA content against briefs and disclosures, track deliverables and payments, collect performance data and populate reports, and coordinate cross-functionally to keep campaigns on brand and on time.

Lead and evolve the PMO, own methodology and governance, supervise senior PM staff, manage flagship enterprise accounts, drive PMO financial stewardship and AI strategy, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and deliver continuous improvement, training, and performance goals across the Project Management function.

Manage processes, timelines, assets, and communications for high-touch accounts. Maintain Asana trackers, handle billing and budget actualization, schedule and document meetings, manage order intake, and ensure teams meet campaign and production deliverables.

Manage, implement, and optimize programmatic display, video, mobile, and native campaigns. Monitor pacing and performance, develop client reporting and presentations, provide bidding expertise, tag/tracking implementation, and contribute to best practices and external marketing content.
