Contract .NET Engineer responsible for modernizing legacy systems and building cloud-native services on Kubernetes across AWS and Azure. Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for multiple engineering roles across the UK and Latin America. Source candidates, conduct recruiter interviews, manage pipelines and ATS data, negotiate offers, onboard hires, partner with hiring managers, track recruitment KPIs, and drive process improvements to maintain quality and candidate experience.

The Principal Software Engineer will lead client engagements, mentor teams, and ensure technical decisions align with business objectives, focusing on software craftsmanship and modernization.

Design, build, and evolve high-quality web applications with a focus on performance, maintainability, accessibility, and scalability. Serve in a client-facing role delivering front-end solutions, influencing technical direction, and promoting consistent engineering practices across engagements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work across front-end, back-end, testing, and data layers.

Lead software design and delivery using DDD and Clean/Hexagonal Architecture. Promote Clean Code and SOLID, define TDD/BDD testing strategies, implement automated testing (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright), contribute to DevOps and cloud solutions (AWS/Azure), and mentor engineering teams while consulting with clients.
