Senior .NET and Azure contractor to maintain and modernize a large legacy platform: develop C#/.NET features, support Azure migration, integrate systems, improve test automation and observability, diagnose production issues, provision Azure environments, and contribute to architecture and CI/CD.

Design, build, integrate, and operate resilient cloud-hosted services in C#/.NET that connect with on-premise systems. Implement data access with Entity Framework, host services on Azure Container Apps, and handle complex, rate-limited API integrations. Ensure multi-tenant auth and throttling, TDD, observability, reliability, and SLA-driven production delivery while collaborating with product, delivery, and engineering teams in an agile environment.
