Senior Product Designer responsible for end-to-end product design, AI-powered experiences, rapid prototyping, design systems, user research, usability testing, high-fidelity interface design, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also includes mentoring designers, conducting design reviews, shaping product strategy, and applying sound judgment around AI, accessibility, ethics, and user value.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from pipeline creation and discovery through contract close. Build business cases, navigate technical and commercial stakeholders, manage pilots, qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC or SPICED, maintain Salesforce data, forecast accurately, and collaborate with marketing, product, leadership, and sales development to win new business.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships, driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build account plans, run QBRs and executive reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and translate customer data into recommendations. Partner with Talent and Engineering stakeholders, discuss technical workflows and integrations, handle routine product conversations, and relay feedback to Product and Engineering. Help customers apply technical assessment best practices and navigate AI-driven changes in software development and hiring.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships for Codility, driving platform adoption, retention, expansion, and measurable outcomes. Build account plans, run QBRs, identify renewal risks, support technical hiring workflows, and engage Talent and Engineering stakeholders. Translate product usage into recommendations, handle routine technical conversations, partner with Account Management and Solutions Engineering, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering. Help customers adapt to AI-assisted software development and technical hiring.
