Leads enterprise IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, operations, cybersecurity, and AI platform governance. Oversees networks, cloud, servers, storage, endpoints, application infrastructure, Microsoft platforms, vendors, budgets, resilience, incident response, and security operations. Establishes AI agent governance, data protection, access controls, risk management, monitoring, and lifecycle standards. Manages teams and service providers while advising executives on technology investments, performance, risk, and business continuity.

Leads complex, cross-functional R&D, corporate, and customer programs from chartering through delivery. Builds integrated plans, timelines, dashboards, risk and issue logs, decision records, and governance materials. Coordinates technical, commercial, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and customer stakeholders; escalates risks and resource constraints; manages deliverables and commitments; and improves program management processes, metrics, and execution discipline.

Lead hands-on process development and scale-up of Codexis' ECO Synthesis® oligonucleotide manufacturing platform. Drive tech transfer, process characterization, equipment selection, safety and documentation (SOPs, batch records), and mentor early-career staff while collaborating with R&D, Operations, Quality, and external vendors to enable GMP-ready production.

Perform analytical method development, validation, and testing for finished products and development samples. Design and execute experiments, process and interpret data, present results, maintain instruments and lab supplies, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
