Manages general ledger accounting, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and process improvements. Oversees U.S. and international payroll operations, including payroll processing, tax filings, benefits administration, reconciliations, and vendor coordination. Partners with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll issues and maintain accurate, compliant financial records.

Establishes AI agent governance, data protection, access controls, risk management, monitoring, and lifecycle standards. Manages teams and service providers while advising executives on technology investments, performance, risk, and business continuity.

Leads complex, cross-functional R&D, corporate, and customer programs from chartering through delivery. Builds integrated plans, timelines, dashboards, risk and issue logs, decision records, and governance materials. Coordinates technical, commercial, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and customer stakeholders; escalates risks and resource constraints; manages deliverables and commitments; and improves program management processes, metrics, and execution discipline.
