Manages general ledger accounting, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and process improvements. Oversees U.S. and international payroll operations, including payroll processing, tax filings, benefits administration, reconciliations, and vendor coordination. Partners with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll issues and maintain accurate, compliant financial records.

Provides proactive executive support to the CEO and executive leadership team, including calendar, communication, logistics, meeting, and priority management. Coordinates Board of Directors activities, governance processes, executive meetings, events, presentations, reports, travel, expenses, and confidential materials. The role also improves administrative processes, manages special projects, anticipates organizational needs, and builds relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

Leads enterprise IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, operations, cybersecurity, and AI platform governance. Oversees networks, cloud, servers, storage, endpoints, application infrastructure, Microsoft platforms, vendors, budgets, resilience, incident response, and security operations. Establishes AI agent governance, data protection, access controls, risk management, monitoring, and lifecycle standards. Manages teams and service providers while advising executives on technology investments, performance, risk, and business continuity.
