The role partners with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve contractual issues, provide practical legal guidance, manage risk, and support efficient contracting practices. Candidates need substantial in-house commercial software licensing experience, legal qualification, strong business judgment, and excellent communication skills.

Grow Coder’s partner ecosystem by identifying and onboarding strategic SI, VAR, and distribution partners. Develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies, manage executive relationships, lead QBRs and enablement activities, and coordinate partner sales campaigns. The role requires extensive business development, partnerships, and complex sales experience, including success with SIs and VARs, preferably in developer tooling, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or growth-stage startups.

Build and ship backend features for enterprise Coder deployments, including database migrations, observability, reporting, auditing, security, scalability, and reliability improvements. Investigate production issues, resolve operator problems, document designs, participate in code reviews and RFC discussions, and join on-call rotations. The role requires professional Go development, concurrency knowledge, SQL expertise, debugging ability, and strong communication.

Provide technical support for enterprise customers by reproducing and debugging issues, troubleshooting network and production problems, and delivering timely resolutions. Communicate with customers, lead debugging calls, document support activity, identify bugs and product trends, and contribute to knowledge bases and process improvements. Build trusted relationships with Fortune 500 engineering organizations and collaborate with sales engineers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers. Exceed quota and pipeline goals while supporting customer relationships through up to 15% travel.

Own technical pre-sales for federal, defense, and intelligence customers. Lead platform demonstrations, architecture discussions, deployments, troubleshooting, and proofs of concept in cloud, on-premises, classified, and air-gapped environments. Partner with account executives to close opportunities, support renewals, translate technical capabilities into mission value, and provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams. Focus areas include Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, cloud development environments, and AI-assisted or agentic software development.

Provide first-line employee IT support, manage onboarding and offboarding, administer SaaS applications and licenses, maintain macOS hardware and assets, and support SOC 2 and GDPR compliance. Generates qualified enterprise sales opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn. Researches accounts and personas, personalizes messaging, conducts qualification outreach, and coordinates seamless handoffs to Enterprise Account Managers. Maintains accurate CRM data, collaborates with marketing, and develops expertise in developer tooling, platform engineering, DevOps, and AI-driven development. The role requires strong communication, organization, resilience, and experience using sales engagement and prospecting tools.

Build and operate production systems for agentic development experiences, including agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, integrations, and long-running workflows. Own complex technical accounting activities including ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 718 stock compensation, consolidated financial reporting, and quarterly Board and investor reporting. Research and document accounting conclusions, maintain accounting policies, advise cross-functional teams, support external audits and SOX readiness, and evaluate multinational and multi-entity accounting matters. The role also contributes to process improvements, system enhancements, special projects, and AI-enabled accounting workflows.
