The role requires professional Go development, concurrency knowledge, SQL expertise, debugging ability, and strong communication.

Provide technical support for enterprise customers by reproducing and debugging issues, troubleshooting network and production problems, and delivering timely resolutions. Communicate with customers, lead debugging calls, document support activity, identify bugs and product trends, and contribute to knowledge bases and process improvements. The role also includes mentoring teammates, automating test environments, collaborating with Product and Customer Success, and participating in periodic on-call rotations.

Build trusted relationships with Fortune 500 engineering organizations and collaborate with sales engineers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers. Exceed quota and pipeline goals while supporting customer relationships through up to 15% travel.

Generate qualified enterprise sales opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn. Research accounts and personas, personalize messaging, conduct qualification, and partner with Enterprise Account Managers on handoffs and account strategy. Maintain accurate CRM and engagement data, collaborate with marketing, and develop expertise in developer tooling, DevOps, platform engineering, and AI-driven development.

Supports weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing, including employee changes, deductions, garnishments, adjustments, tax setup, reconciliations, and year-end reporting. Maintains payroll systems, audit trails, controls, SOPs, and accurate data flows into Accounting. Responds to tax notices, unemployment claims, and audits while partnering with Accounting, Finance, and People teams to resolve discrepancies and improve payroll workflows.

Own technical pre-sales for federal, defense, and intelligence customers. Lead platform demonstrations, architecture discussions, deployments, troubleshooting, and proofs of concept in cloud, on-premises, classified, and air-gapped environments. Partner with account executives to close opportunities, support renewals, translate technical capabilities into mission value, and provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams. Focus areas include Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, cloud development environments, and AI-assisted or agentic software development.

Provide first-line employee IT support, manage onboarding and offboarding, administer SaaS applications and licenses, maintain macOS hardware and assets, and support SOC 2 and GDPR compliance. Improve IT workflows, document processes, manage access controls, and help scale infrastructure and support operations in a hybrid environment.

Own technical relationships with Fortune 500 prospects through pre-sales, demos, architecture discussions, deployments, troubleshooting, and proofs-of-concept. Own and scale Coder’s AWS partner sales engine across Public Sector and Eastern region accounts. Build proactive account maps, cultivate AWS relationships, create joint programs, generate AWS-sourced and influenced pipeline, and automate co-sell workflows. The role partners with account teams, supports ACE validation and partner reviews, and translates program performance into regional revenue plans.

Lead and grow the Core Workspaces engineering team, set technical direction, and contribute to architecture and implementation. Build reliable, extensible agentic systems involving agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, integrations, and long-running workflows. Partner with Product and Design to improve developer experiences while coaching engineers, raising technical standards, and optimizing reliability, performance, and operability.

Build and improve internal AI enablement systems, including reusable journeys, skills, templates, paved paths, integrations, APIs, and development infrastructure. Own complex technical accounting activities including ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 718 stock compensation, consolidated financial reporting, and quarterly Board and investor reporting. Research and document accounting conclusions, maintain accounting policies, advise cross-functional teams, support external audits and SOX readiness, and evaluate multinational and multi-entity accounting matters.
