Own scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and stakeholder communication while coordinating engineering, product, design, security, and go-to-market teams. Influence architectural decisions, manage operating cadence, provide executive visibility, and improve engineering productivity through lightweight processes and AI-enabled tooling.

Own and scale Coder’s AWS partner sales engine across Public Sector and Eastern region accounts. Build proactive account maps, cultivate AWS relationships, create joint programs, generate AWS-sourced and influenced pipeline, and automate co-sell workflows. The role partners with account teams, supports ACE validation and partner reviews, and translates program performance into regional revenue plans.

Lead and grow the Core Workspaces engineering team, set technical direction, and contribute to architecture and implementation. Build reliable, extensible agentic systems involving agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, integrations, and long-running workflows. Partner with Product and Design to improve developer experiences while coaching engineers, raising technical standards, and optimizing reliability, performance, and operability.

Build and improve internal AI enablement systems, including reusable journeys, skills, templates, paved paths, integrations, APIs, and development infrastructure. Own projects through rollout, enhance system reliability and performance, participate in technical reviews, and collaborate with Product and Design to deliver useful AI-powered developer experiences.

Own complex technical accounting activities including ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 718 stock compensation, consolidated financial reporting, and quarterly Board and investor reporting. Research and document accounting conclusions, maintain accounting policies, advise cross-functional teams, support external audits and SOX readiness, and evaluate multinational and multi-entity accounting matters. The role also contributes to process improvements, system enhancements, special projects, and AI-enabled accounting workflows.

Lead partner-focused go-to-market programs to drive pipeline, revenue, and adoption through AWS, WWT, and strategic partners. Create partner-ready positioning, enablement, competitive intelligence, and co-marketing campaigns. Lead product marketing for developer-focused AI tooling: craft sales narratives, enablement assets, and content that translate technical capabilities into business value. Partner with sales, engage customers and partners, run webinars, attend events, and accelerate pipeline through targeted plays and positioning for developer and platform engineering audiences.

Lead Coder's social presence by creating, publishing, and optimizing short- and long-form video and written content for technical and business audiences across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. Monitor and engage daily, run campaigns with cross-functional teams, repurpose assets into social-native formats, manage the content calendar, and report performance to inform future content.

Lead the technical direction and hands-on development of Coder’s agentic engineering systems. Build production software in Go, with React and TypeScript as needed, and evolve agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, and long-running workflows. Make architectural decisions, lead complex projects, improve reliability and performance, collaborate with Product and Design, and mentor engineers. The role requires distributed systems expertise, LLM and agentic workflow experience, and familiarity with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Coders AI-focused developer platform: prospect and build pipeline, run technical demos with Sales Engineers, negotiate and close deals, and manage relationships with engineering and technical stakeholders to drive adoption at large enterprises.

Own FP&A deliverables including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and rolling forecasts. Build driver-based financial models, consolidate inputs, support quarterly and annual planning, automate workflows, and contribute to executive and investor reporting.
