Embed as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers to guide deployment architecture, onboarding, and adoption of agentic AI development workflows. Lead end-to-end onboarding and remediation engagements, design repeatable reference architectures, translate complex environments into secure network/identity/infrastructure patterns, capture product feedback, and document scalable delivery patterns to drive customer outcomes.

Lead and develop a small product management team, improve product discovery and execution, align cross-functional stakeholders, and translate strategy into measurable customer and business outcomes. Coach PMs, run customer discovery, set priorities, and refine product operating systems to support fast-moving enterprise environments.

Own and improve marketing lead routing, CRM data hygiene, automation, and reporting across Salesforce, HubSpot, and the GTM tech stack. Partner with Sales and RevOps to reduce manual work, roll out tools, troubleshoot data discrepancies, refine attribution, and surface insights for pipeline and campaign performance.
