Own Coder’s APAC marketing strategy and execution, including field marketing, events, account-based marketing, partner programs, localized campaigns, and regional budget management. Partner closely with sales and global marketing to generate pipeline across multiple markets. Manage vendors, agencies, sponsorships, timelines, and performance reporting while building Coder’s presence in the region. The role is hands-on and requires Singapore-based APAC marketing experience, with 20% regional travel.

Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through demos, technical evaluations, negotiations, and contract close. Build relationships with engineering, platform, security, procurement, and executive stakeholders while partnering with Sales Engineers. Develop ROI and risk business cases, navigate complex enterprise reviews, exceed quota, and travel as needed to support customer relationships and deals.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, candidate engagement, hiring-team partnership, pipeline management, and offer coordination. The recruiter will use data to identify bottlenecks, maintain hiring documentation, provide clear communication, and deliver a consistent candidate experience. The role emphasizes recruiting for engineering, product, and go-to-market positions in a startup environment, with experience using Ashby ATS preferred.
