Execute and optimize demand generation programs across sponsorships, paid campaigns, vendor channels, regional markets, and lifecycle programs. Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, launches, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Analyze performance data from marketing platforms to recommend optimization, renewal, scaling, and future testing. Support localized campaigns across Europe and APAC while documenting processes and learnings.

Leads AMER Sales Operations with a focus on Customer Success systems and processes. Owns Pylon and Salesforce workflows, reporting, dashboards, data quality, customer health metrics, renewal forecasting, and lifecycle playbooks. Partners with Customer Success, Sales, Sales Engineering, and leadership to improve handoffs, onboarding, renewals, expansion, and operational efficiency. Troubleshoots systems, develops documentation, and turns operational analysis into scalable recommendations.

Grow Coder’s partner ecosystem by identifying and onboarding strategic SI, VAR, and distribution partners. Develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies, manage executive relationships, lead QBRs and enablement activities, and coordinate partner sales campaigns. The role requires extensive business development, partnerships, and complex sales experience, including success with SIs and VARs, preferably in developer tooling, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or growth-stage startups.
