Manage construction administration for fire and life safety projects: develop scopes and pricing, control budgets and schedules, perform site inspections and witness testing, ensure code compliance, mentor consultants, communicate with stakeholders, and support issuance of certificates of occupancy.

Perform inspections, commissioning, and code reviews of fire protection and life safety systems; conduct special inspections and on-site visual assessments; write code compliance reports; attend client and jurisdiction meetings; provide performance-based design (fire and egress modeling, structural fire analyses); and prepare life safety/egress plans in AutoCAD and Revit.

Lead accessibility compliance reviews and complex code analyses for new and existing buildings; manage projects and client relationships; mentor staff; prepare variance documentation, reports, and technical memoranda; represent firm in regulatory and industry discussions to deliver practical accessibility solutions.

Lead strategy, governance, and administration of enterprise business systems and analytics. Own integrations, data strategy, reporting, dashboards, data governance, and SharePoint. Drive process improvements, architecture, and change management to deliver scalable systems, automation, and decision-support capabilities across finance, HR, operations, and leadership.

Perform on-site inspections and plan/code reviews to assess fire, life safety, and accessibility compliance; prepare code reports, egress and life-safety plans in AutoCAD/Revit; support performance-based design (fire/egress modeling, structural fire resistance analyses); attend client and authority meetings; perform commissioning, special inspections, and testing of fire protection systems.
