Lead end-to-end design and delivery of LLM-backed compliance and risk features: product definition, API design, production deployment, evaluation, human-in-the-loop workflows, observability, and mentoring. Ensure deterministic scaffolding, compliance-safe PII handling, testing, and operational reliability for regulated payment flows.

Design, operate, and improve cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability. Implement IaC, observability, automation (including AI-driven auto-remediation), runbooks, capacity testing, incident management, and SRE best practices while mentoring teams and driving reliability improvements.

The Business Development role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging clients, and building commercial relationships in the fintech environment.

Provide support to corporate clients via primary channels, resolve issues, analyze customer data, test APIs, monitor applications, document interactions, and coordinate between customers, KAMs, operations, and engineering to improve processes and product experience.
