Build Cobre’s client base in China by prospecting and closing large enterprise clients expanding into Latin America. Own the full sales cycle, position cross-border pay-in and payout solutions, grow existing accounts, develop channel and financial institution partnerships, maintain pipeline forecasts, share market intelligence, and help establish the China team.

Design wireframes, prototypes, web interfaces, responsive websites, landing pages, design systems, and visual assets for campaigns and product launches. Monitor and investigate financial transactions, alerts, and behavioral patterns to identify unusual or suspicious activity. Document findings, support risk mitigation, contribute to AML monitoring parameters and risk matrices, prepare internal and regulatory reports, and coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Fraud teams. The role also supports due diligence, compliance reviews, control assessments, case escalation, and process improvements while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory alignment.

Build and operate an AI-powered, multichannel customer-support system for Cobre. Responsibilities include agent orchestration, event-driven backend services, data isolation, integrations with documentation and business systems, escalation workflows, observability, testing, and reusable AI platform components. The role requires production backend ownership, distributed-systems expertise, AWS development, secure multi-tenant architecture, LLM feature experience, and professional Spanish and English communication.

Lead statistical and data science rigor across Risk, Liquidity, Payments, and other squads. Review, validate, and hands-on improve statistical and machine learning models, applying causal inference, time series, Bayesian methods, optimization, and probability. Mentor data scientists, establish analytical quality standards, communicate uncertainty to stakeholders, and collaborate with Product, Risk, Engineering, and Compliance.
