Administer multi-state semi-monthly payroll for employees and partners, including partner draws and distributions. Ensure federal, state, and local compliance; manage ADP Workforce Now configuration; resolve payroll inquiries; prepare reports; remit benefit contributions; and support reconciliations. Lead payroll system upgrades, vendor transitions, automation, process improvements, and compliance initiatives while advising HR and firm leadership. Maintain confidential payroll information and support employee self-service.
