Coordinates National Accounts sales operations, including order verification, product and pricing data, vendor portal listings, EDI transactions, returns, chargebacks, credits, invoice matching, and delivery communications. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Finance, and national retail partners to resolve issues, maintain accurate catalogs and pricing, analyze lead times, and improve processes.

Coordinates production orders, schedules, paperwork, samples, warranty records, compliance documentation, supply inventory, and production data. Maintains accurate paper and electronic records, supports audits, places supply orders, and provides administrative coverage for production managers. Also greets visitors, answers reception calls, and assists Production and Management teams. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, independent task management, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Coordinates EWP inside-sales operations, including quoting, order entry, customer inquiries, shipment issue resolution, RMAs, reporting, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and workflow improvements. Collaborates with design, operations, and outside sales teams to support complex orders and departmental planning. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, sales-data analysis, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The role is full-time and fully on-site in Bow, New Hampshire.
