Lead strategy and operations for Coastal Roots Farm's education, Jewish life, community, volunteer, and public programs. Oversee staff and managers, manage program budgets and systems, strengthen cross-departmental coordination, ensure inclusive, mission-aligned curriculum and events, build partnerships, represent the Farm externally, and drive program evaluation and sustainability.

Leads Coastal Roots Farm’s comprehensive advancement strategy, including major gifts, institutional funding, grants, events, marketing, communications, donor stewardship, and development operations. Partners with the CEO, Board, and Advisory Council; manages senior advancement staff; cultivates principal donors; oversees fundraising pipelines, projections, CRM practices, and reporting; and uses AI and technology to improve fundraising effectiveness.

Support philanthropy operations by maintaining donor and grants databases, processing gifts, preparing donor acknowledgments, assisting with grant proposals and reporting, supporting fundraising events, conducting contribution audits, entering and validating impact data, and collaborating across teams to ensure accurate stewardship and reporting.
