Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate instructor-led and virtual employee training to ensure compliance and workforce development. Maintain Relias LMS records, audit training, generate compliance reports, collaborate with leaders to assess needs, develop curriculum, and travel regularly to provide onsite training.

Process and post payments, maintain and reconcile accounts receivable records, review clinical documentation, reprocess claims in EMR and payer portals, work with Commercial/Medicare/Medicaid payers to resolve billing issues, ensure compliance with billing policies, and support billing process improvements.

Provides peer-based recovery support to clients in outpatient opioid treatment: encourages engagement in therapy and wellness services, conducts rapid communicable disease screening, documents outcomes and services, shares lived-recovery experience, assists with resource navigation, and coordinates care with treatment and support staff.
