Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate instructor-led and virtual employee training to ensure compliance and workforce development. Maintain Relias LMS records, audit training, generate compliance reports, collaborate with leaders to assess needs, develop curriculum, and travel regularly to provide onsite training.

Process and post payments, maintain and reconcile accounts receivable records, review clinical documentation, reprocess claims in EMR and payer portals, work with Commercial/Medicare/Medicaid payers to resolve billing issues, ensure compliance with billing policies, and support billing process improvements.

Provide school- and community-based therapeutic interventions and group Aggression Replacement Training for children exhibiting aggressive or challenging behaviors. Deliver skill-building, anger control, moral reasoning, and social skills components; document services, coordinate referrals, and support family preservation and educational functioning.
