Supervise TASC care managers across multiple North-Central North Carolina counties, overseeing non-clinical activities, staff support, community partnerships, leadership participation, and caseload compliance reporting. Assist with intakes, assessments, and care management during staffing gaps or as needed. The office-based role is centered in Durham County and requires travel.

Provides peer recovery support and case management to overdose survivors and individuals at risk. Connects clients with addiction treatment, mental health care, medication management, harm reduction, housing, EMS, and community resources. Conducts outreach, home visits, transportation, education, mentoring, care coordination, and follow-up using lived recovery experience to reduce barriers and improve continuity of care.

Provide peer support to justice-involved individuals in the TASC program: engage clients in treatment and recovery services, coordinate with care managers and community partners, assist with housing/transportation/employment/medical access, document outcomes, and support continuity of care across probation, treatment providers, and social services.
