Provide front-desk support for a clinic: greet patients, schedule appointments, collect payments, verify demographics and funding, handle calls/emails, enter data into EMR, reconcile cash drawer, scan/fax documents, and enforce HIPAA and safety policies.

Provide peer support to justice-involved individuals in the TASC program: promote engagement with treatment, psychiatric and primary care, recovery supports; assist with housing, transportation, employment, and wellness services; document services and outcomes; coordinate with TASC care managers, probation, treatment providers, and community resources.

Manage and resolve eligibility-related claim denials by working with payers and providers, reprocessing claims in EMR or payer portals, reconciling claims, reviewing pay source documentation, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable using MS Office and medical billing software.
