Provides technical administration and support for the Genesys Cloud enterprise telephony platform. Responsibilities include processing user access changes, maintaining profiles and extensions, troubleshooting call quality, connectivity, and configuration issues, collaborating with service and platform support teams, and improving workflows, documentation, and escalation processes.

Lead design and execution of certification testing for ICFR and ITGCs, develop test plans, evaluate control design and remediation, report deficiencies, train and supervise testers and CPA students, and ensure accurate certification reporting to senior management.

Assists with CEO/CFO certification requirements, quarterly certification testing, internal controls over financial reporting, and sub-certification sign-offs. Performs process walkthroughs, evaluates ICFR and IT general controls, documents deficiencies and remediation plans, analyzes data using computer-assisted audit techniques, and prepares certification reporting while collaborating with senior management and stakeholders.
