Lead development and maintenance of performance reporting for the P&C control environment. Identify, test, and recommend remediation for control gaps; develop KRIs and risk insights; advise senior leadership; partner with Privacy and Compliance; mentor junior staff and drive improvements to governance, risk, and compliance practices.

Leads client pricing, profitability modeling, contract negotiations, Experience Refund Program management, and pricing support. Coaches and develops a team, ensures reporting integrity and auditability, documents pricing exceptions, and supports client business plans and RFPs. Requires actuarial expertise, financial modeling, strategic decision-making, and strong client communication skills.

Supports sales growth for property, casualty, and life insurance policies by connecting clients with agents, obtaining quotes, following up before renewals, and securing sales. Attends external sales events to generate leads, schedules and confirms appointments, and completes follow-up reports. The role requires regular bilingual communication with English- and French-speaking clients and teams, strong communication, critical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and teamwork.
