Provide subject-matter expertise on life and wealth products to Advisors, support product integration into business plans, deliver training, analyze advisor performance, coordinate cross-functional messaging, and identify process improvements to drive advisor success.

Provide privacy guidance and oversight across the organization, conduct Privacy Impact Assessments, support privacy incident investigations and client requests, develop communications and controls, and collaborate with Legal, IT, Security, Product, and Risk to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate privacy risk.

Design, deliver and maintain data and reporting solutions to support retail sales operations. Execute BAU tasks, document processes, test and reconcile metrics, respond to support requests, and gather stakeholder requirements to drive operational efficiency.
