Design conversational AI agents, Agent Assist, Conversational Insights, CCaaS implementations, CRM and telephony integrations, and network architectures. Serve as a technical advisor to customers and Google partners, lead discovery workshops and sales pursuits, oversee implementation scalability and security, and align solutions with enterprise goals.
