Lead and mentor full-stack engineering teams to design, build, test, and deploy .NET/Azure solutions; drive AI adoption and metrics, participate in architecture and code reviews, and own end-to-end feature delivery.

Manage training and quality programs for assigned client portfolios across sites/geos. Supervise and develop team members, maintain performance metrics, schedule resources, oversee audits, partner with stakeholders to design and implement training and improvement plans, and ensure staffing and process effectiveness to meet program requirements.
