Recruit and onboard independent insurance agents and management candidates for Optavise’s field sales organization. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, closing candidates, developing referral channels, attending career fairs and industry events, coaching field teams on recruiting, building internal and field relationships, tracking weekly KPIs, and meeting recruiting objectives. The role is fully remote within the United States, with occasional travel to corporate offices.

Lead cloud architecture strategy and implementation for Azure (and AWS preferred). Design, govern, and modernize enterprise cloud platforms using IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, networking, identity, AVD, and governance. Partner with security, engineering, and vendors to enforce standards, enable resilience, cost optimization, monitoring, and disaster recovery. Mentor engineers and document architectures and processes.

Monitors CLO portfolio compliance with investor and indenture requirements, prepares investor reports, maintains risk and analytical models, identifies portfolio risks and market opportunities, supports portfolio optimization, and helps determine daily investable cash with traders and trustees.
