Recruit independent insurance agents and management candidates for field worksite sales organizations. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, closing, onboarding, developing referral channels, attending career events, coaching field leaders on recruiting, tracking weekly KPIs, and achieving recruiting objectives. The role is fully remote within the United States, requires Central or Eastern Time availability, and may involve occasional travel to corporate offices.

Support the IT Business Architecture team by gathering stakeholder information, creating process maps and workflow diagrams, researching business teams, tracking project activities and milestones, participating in testing and documenting results, and monitoring/reporting project outcomes and KPIs.

Legal Interns support Legal Counsel by gathering facts, analyzing laws and regulations, and assisting with insurance contracts, marketing materials, claims, underwriting, policyholder issues, complaints, fraud investigations, employment matters, compliance, litigation, privacy, legal operations, and government relations. The internship requires completion of the first year of law school and full-time availability for 10–12 weeks during summer 2027. The role is remote within the United States, with Central or Eastern time-zone availability and occasional office travel.
