Manage assigned house accounts, drive sales growth, process orders accurately, maintain account records, meet sales targets, provide product demonstrations, communicate production updates, prepare reports, and collaborate with the sales and office management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational accuracy.

Provide bilingual (Japanese/English) administrative support for the Los Angeles office, including scheduling, document translation, logistics coordination, inventory tracking, purchasing/invoicing support, and vendor/customer liaison duties.

Support logistics manager by coordinating shipments between Hawaii and continental US, handling invoicing, tracking deliveries, processing claims/returns/credits, liaising with truckers, sales reps, and customers, and performing clerical and reporting tasks.

Receive, inspect, label, and rotate frozen seafood inventory; pull and scan orders; maintain cleanliness and logs; operate and maintain electric lift; follow safety procedures.

Sell and promote new and existing products to current and prospective customers, meet sales targets, maintain account records, perform daily calls/visits and cold calling, prepare reports, coordinate with General Manager on pricing, promotions, and customer issues, and perform product demonstrations as needed.

Provide clerical support including invoice processing, payment deposits, data entry, report generation, HACCP documentation updates and coordination, and communication with drivers, sales, customers, and corporate teams to ensure accurate delivery and recordkeeping.

Manage accounts receivable and bookkeeping, supervise AR staff, prepare and post general ledger entries, perform month-end closings and accruals, support Controller and inventory functions, maintain accounting records, and prepare financial reports while ensuring internal controls and assisting the accounting department.
