Supports daily human resources operations, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll updates, benefits administration, employee records, compliance, and employee inquiries. Partners with an outsourced HR provider, maintains confidential documentation, assists with policy administration and employee communications, and escalates complex personnel matters appropriately. Also supports HR projects and administrative duties while ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent processes.

Support logistics manager by coordinating shipments between Hawaii and continental US, handling invoicing, tracking deliveries, processing claims/returns/credits, liaising with truckers, sales reps, and customers, and performing clerical and reporting tasks.

Sell and promote new and existing products to current and prospective customers, meet sales targets, maintain account records, perform daily calls/visits and cold calling, prepare reports, coordinate with General Manager on pricing, promotions, and customer issues, and perform product demonstrations as needed.

Provide clerical support including invoice processing, payment deposits, data entry, report generation, HACCP documentation updates and coordination, and communication with drivers, sales, customers, and corporate teams to ensure accurate delivery and recordkeeping.
