Lead global business development and marketing for the Disputes and Contentious Regulatory practice. Manage and develop a small BD team, plan and deliver pitches, campaigns, events and thought leadership, oversee BD infrastructure and awards submissions, contribute to business planning and budgeting, and build strong partner and internal relationships to support firmwide strategy.

Work on cross-border, complex, high-value M&A, private equity, joint venture and investment transactions. Support senior lawyers, develop client relationships, participate in BD and marketing, and manage/supervise trainees while using firm training and legal tech resources.

Support an energy/utilities client by managing a caseload to document land rights via servitudes and easements. Draft and negotiate deeds, perform basic title reviews, manage completions and post-completion registrations, update trackers, and handle client reporting.

Provide tax advisory support on cross-border, regulatory and transactional matters. Research and draft tax memoranda, structuring notes and client advice; support M&A, financing, energy and tech projects; assist partners with legal research, client communications and business development while developing expertise in Ukrainian and cross-border taxation.

Lead and deliver business development and marketing for the Corporate practice: manage a BD team, own planning and budgets, build BD infrastructure, support pitches and proposals, run campaigns and events, drive client targeting, manage communications/PR, and coordinate directory and awards submissions.
