Own vision, roadmap and adoption for assigned legal tech platforms. Embed tools into workflows, drive user adoption, run pilots/proofs-of-concept, ensure security and data protection, manage suppliers and contracts, deliver training and client-facing sessions, and partner with Innovation, Legal Operations and IT to prioritise and implement product improvements.

Advise on non-contentious and some contentious financial services regulatory matters across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Support licensing, compliance, governance, outsourcing, product launches (fintech, payments, digital assets), cross-border regulatory issues, drafting regulatory documentation, and client training/thought leadership. Lead and deliver business development and marketing for the Corporate practice: manage a BD team, own planning and budgets, build BD infrastructure, support pitches and proposals, run campaigns and events, drive client targeting, manage communications/PR, and coordinate directory and awards submissions.

Support international and domestic arbitration and litigation matters by conducting legal research, drafting procedural documents, and assisting in client meetings, hearings and case strategy. Work on multi-jurisdictional disputes across sectors including energy, finance and pharmaceuticals while collaborating with international teams and gaining hands-on experience in compliance, sanctions and white-collar crime matters.

Lead and coordinate high-quality content across CMS UK and international offices. Shape thought leadership, manage multi‑stakeholder content programmes from briefing to publication, advise senior stakeholders on messaging and tone, and improve content processes, governance, distribution and performance measurement to support business development.

Provide litigation and dispute resolution support on international and high-profile matters. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and submissions, manage case files, liaise with clients, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with senior litigation lawyers to develop case strategy.

Supervise and support a team of paralegals on high-volume English and Scottish electricity network land rights matters. Manage allocation, progress tracking, quality assurance, client updates, onboarding, recruitment, time recording, and financial reporting to ensure consistent, timely delivery and adherence to client service levels.

Provide specialist pensions advice to trustees and employers across defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. Work on advisory and contentious matters including buy-ins/buy-outs, group pensions, master trusts and longevity products. Support client relationship management, business development, and continue technical development within a collaborative pensions team.

Join a busy Insurance & Reinsurance team handling high-value coverage and defence matters for insurers and reinsurers. Work includes professional indemnity, FI/D&O, complex policy coverage, cyber breach response, and emerging claim classes. Client-facing role offering commercial advice, drafting, project management, and opportunities to specialise or maintain breadth while developing client relationships and market contacts.

Provide deskside IT support in the Singapore office: troubleshoot hardware, Windows, network, telephony and AV issues; manage tickets, inventory and firmware updates; perform deployments, backups/restores, device setup, user training, and participate in projects, office moves and out-of-hours support.

Manage day-to-day allocation of work across practice groups, match tasks to skills while balancing development and wellbeing, monitor utilisation data, identify resourcing gaps, build stakeholder relationships, support process improvement and adoption of the Capacity platform, and assist with onboarding and wider team initiatives.

Join a large Antitrust, Competition & Trade team advising on investigations, merger control, litigation, regulatory/trade matters, public procurement, state aid and consumer enforcement. Support daily accounting operations: manage and archive accounting documents, issue and post sales invoices, prepare bank transfers and statements, enter data into the accounting system, produce statements and reports, and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
