Support the trade mark team with managing a busy trade mark practice, assisting Chartered Trade Mark Attorneys and solicitors, maintaining client relationships, managing competing demands and deadlines, and developing expertise in intellectual property and trade mark prosecution.

Supports the day-to-day operation of the Beijing office, including facilities, suppliers, workplace services, finance administration, HR support, events, visitor logistics, and compliance coordination. Provides dedicated partner and executive assistance, including calendar management, travel arrangements, time recording, briefings, conflict checks, client matter openings, and retainer letter preparation. Maintains records and uses firm systems for information and administrative management.

Advise leading insurers and reinsurers on complex first-party insurance coverage matters and related disputes, especially across construction CAR/EAR, property, energy, and renewables. Handle international litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and adjudication. Manage significant matters, provide strategic and commercially focused advice, maintain client relationships, and contribute to business development and team growth.
