Own vision, roadmap and adoption for assigned legal tech platforms. Embed tools into workflows, drive user adoption, run pilots/proofs-of-concept, ensure security and data protection, manage suppliers and contracts, deliver training and client-facing sessions, and partner with Innovation, Legal Operations and IT to prioritise and implement product improvements.

Advise on non-contentious and some contentious financial services regulatory matters across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Support licensing, compliance, governance, outsourcing, product launches (fintech, payments, digital assets), cross-border regulatory issues, drafting regulatory documentation, and client training/thought leadership. Manage workstreams and engage directly with clients.

Provide paralegal support across document management, due diligence, DSARs, litigation disclosure and contentious IP and employment matters. Prepare hearing bundles, court documents, letters before action, asset traces, redactions, first-draft documents and client-ready materials under fee-earner supervision.
