Lead CMC Markets’ brand and product marketing strategy during maternity cover. Own brand positioning, creative platforms, integrated campaigns, sponsorships, audience segmentation, customer propositions, agency relationships, budgets, and campaign measurement. Partner with product, commercial, compliance, legal, performance marketing, CRM, content, social, and regional teams to support launches, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while maintaining consistent brand execution.

Provide legal and regulatory advice for CFD trading and stockbroking across ANZ; lead and mentor legal staff; draft and review client disclosure and commercial agreements; support projects and cross-functional teams on Corporations Act, privacy, IP and regulatory reform matters; shape commercial strategy and ensure legal protections for global expansion.
