Maintains auditable records, prepares AML reporting, supports regulatory requests and audits, updates procedures, monitors regulatory changes, and assists with staff training. The role operates under DFSA, UAE, and group financial crime compliance requirements.

The Senior Compliance Analyst supports the Compliance Officer and MLRO in maintaining the firm’s DFSA compliance framework. Responsibilities include compliance advisory, monitoring and testing, AML/KYC oversight, regulatory reporting, financial promotions review, client classification, complaints handling, regulatory change, policy maintenance, training, and audit or supervisory responses. The role also deputizes for the CO/MLRO and guides junior compliance staff.
