Lead strategy and operations for Clutch's Wholesale business: build reporting and analytics, design routing models across channels, reduce cycle times, evaluate and launch new disposition channels, run operating rhythm and OKRs, and lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution with P&L accountability.

Coordinate movement of completed vehicles from assembly to staging, perform final inspections, detailing and prepping for shipment, collaborate with production and shipping to meet delivery schedules, and escalate issues as needed.

Perform detailed cosmetic and functional inspections of vehicles at a Mississauga production facility. Assess exterior and interior condition, test systems (windows, HVAC, safety/connectivity), record results using iPads and inspection software, collaborate with production and QA teams to resolve issues, and follow safety and company policies.

Coordinate and optimize vehicle inventory capture across facilities. Accurately upload and maintain records, perform detailed vehicle inspections for listing quality and compliance, and collaborate with shuttlers and wholesale to streamline logistics. On-site role requiring driving, weekend flexibility, and rotating shifts.
