Own software products end to end, from discovery and solution design through scalable implementation, launch, and business impact measurement. Build and optimize frontend, backend, or full-stack systems; design APIs, databases, and architecture; resolve performance bottlenecks; and use AI-powered development tools. Lead production engineering and Lean transformation initiatives for vehicle reconditioning operations. Analyze throughput, quality, cost, and safety metrics; improve processes and facility layouts using CAD; conduct time-and-motion studies; establish staffing models; standardize work; and eliminate bottlenecks. Own cross-functional production projects from scoping through execution, coordinating vendors, budgets, and timelines while partnering with production, software, finance, safety, and shop-floor teams.

Coordinates vehicle inventory capture across storage, dealership, and auction locations. Accurately uploads and maintains vehicle data, conducts detailed inspections, supports logistics and vehicle movement between sites, and provides guidance to junior representatives and shuttle drivers. The role is fully on-site, requires weekend availability, and involves driving both manual and automatic vehicles while maintaining accurate listings and minimizing operational errors.

Own and grow a portfolio of wholesale dealer accounts: build relationships, source and onboard dealers, drive auction participation and bids, execute full auction cycle, maintain high outreach and KPIs, resolve dealer issues, and track activity using CRM tools to drive repeat sales and revenue growth.

Lead integrated programs spanning capital projects, operational initiatives, production ramps, engineering, facilities, supply chain, and software. Manage dependencies, resource conflicts, timelines, risks, issues, and tradeoffs while driving cross-functional teams toward decisions. Define Clutch’s Platform Engineering strategy and build its internal developer platform from the ground up. Own CI/CD architecture, AWS cloud infrastructure, Terraform, GitHub Actions, deployment workflows, developer self-service tooling, observability, security standards, and reusable infrastructure patterns. The role requires organization-wide technical leadership, strong software engineering skills, and the ability to improve developer productivity, reliability, and operational excellence across multiple teams.

Serves as the customer-facing representative at a vehicle facility, delivering excellent pickup and sales experiences, resolving customer issues, inspecting vehicles for quality concerns, completing paperwork, recording detailed notes in the customer tracking system, and supporting team members. The role requires a clean driving record, unrestricted Class 5 license, customer-facing experience, availability for full-time weekday and weekend work, and legal authorization to work in Canada.

Drive company operating rhythm, prepare executive and board materials, analyze data and build dashboards, lead cross-functional consensus for strategic initiatives, execute product launches and margin/operational improvements, and forecast and assess P&L impact of business initiatives.

Perform detailed cosmetic and functional inspections of vehicles at a Mississauga production facility. Assess exterior and interior condition, test systems (windows, HVAC, safety/connectivity), record results using iPads and inspection software, collaborate with production and QA teams to resolve issues, and follow safety and company policies.
