Teams at Clutch

Shuttle vehicles between vendors, storage yards, and Clutch facilities while supporting onboarding, detailing, and inventory readiness. Responsibilities include organizing vehicles, conducting basic checks, reporting damage, maintaining movement records, meeting turnaround targets, and following safety policies. The role requires a clean Class 5 driving record, manual transmission ability, outdoor work, frequent vehicle entry and exit, and extended standing or walking.

Build Clutch’s Platform Engineering function from the ground up. Define platform strategy, create an internal developer platform, own CI/CD and deployment workflows, and design scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub Actions. Improve developer productivity through self-service tooling, automation, observability, security, and reusable infrastructure standards. Partner with engineering leadership, influence multiple teams, and establish the technical direction for platform engineering while operating with significant autonomy in a startup environment.

Build and maintain production dashboards, data onboarding pipelines, and data models using dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake. Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to translate business questions into reliable analysis and reporting. Own projects end-to-end, communicate findings clearly, support data governance, and use AI tools to accelerate analytics and pipeline development.
