The role analyzes customer financing journeys, builds affordability and intent models, owns pre-qualification analytics, designs experiments, and measures financing impacts on conversion, order value, and customer lifetime value. The scientist partners with product, marketing, engineering, data engineering, and external financial services teams to shape financing tools, customer experiences, and business strategy.

Lead strategic initiatives for Clutch’s Financial Services business, including financing and insurance growth opportunities. Analyze customer, funnel, and financial performance; build business cases and recommendations; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales; improve customer journeys and processes; and manage lender and external partner relationships. The role requires independently moving projects from problem definition through analysis, testing, execution, and measurement in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
