Lead improvements to CI/CD, sandbox/staging/production deployment workflows, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform across AWS accounts. Automate processes with scripting, enhance GitHub Actions, refine observability and secrets management, and build developer tooling to reduce engineering friction.

Own reporting and analytics for Wholesale, design data-driven routing models, reduce cycle time across transport and operations, evaluate and launch new disposition channels, run operating rhythm and business reviews, and lead cross-functional projects from ideation through execution with P&L accountability.

Serve as Clutch's senior legal leader advising the CEO and exec team; own legal strategy and execution across commercial contracts, consumer protection, OMVIC/automotive compliance, privacy/data security, employment, corporate governance, risk/insurance, external counsel management; build legal processes, playbooks, and a high-performing legal team.
