Coordinate planning, installation, startup, and commissioning of MEP equipment for mission-critical, healthcare, and TI construction projects. Manage MEP models, review submittals, respond to RFIs, track construction progress, organize commissioning/startup documentation, and close punch-list items with vendors and subcontractors.

Manage and maintain integrated, logic-driven project schedules across assigned commercial construction projects. Ensure schedules meet contractual and company standards, identify critical/near-critical activities and risks, communicate status and mitigation plans to teams, produce milestone charts and summary logic diagrams, customize reports, train others, and collaborate with PMs, field teams, and trade partners to support timely project delivery.

Support the Project Management team through budgeting, bidding, cost control, RFIs, submittals, documentation, OAC meeting leadership, site coordination, schedule distribution, closeout, and use of company systems while promoting safety.
