Maintains payroll records, processes semimonthly, weekly, and off-cycle payrolls, monitors timekeeping exceptions, supports audits, applies payroll tax and policy requirements, and tracks benefit-related deduction changes including 401(k) and FSA updates.

Support the Project Management team through budgeting, bidding, cost control, RFIs, submittals, documentation, OAC meeting leadership, site coordination, schedule distribution, closeout, and use of company systems while promoting safety.

Manages construction-related insurance risk, including contract reviews, insurance policies, surety bonds, controlled insurance programs, claims coordination, loss control visits, renewals, and risk mitigation. Partners with project teams, owners, brokers, carriers, and regional offices to ensure compliance, communicate contractual risks, support insurance processes, and develop training and department initiatives. Travel to regional offices may be required.
