Teams at Clune Construction

Assists project management teams with planning, budgeting, bidding, cost control, documentation, coordination, client relations, site monitoring, safety, and project closeout for commercial construction projects. Owns RFI, submittal, meeting documentation, drawing distribution, schedule coordination, and closeout processes while collaborating with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, designers, and clients.

Manages construction-related insurance risk, including contract reviews, insurance policies, surety bonds, controlled insurance programs, claims coordination, loss control visits, renewals, and risk mitigation. Partners with project teams, owners, brokers, carriers, and regional offices to ensure compliance, communicate contractual risks, support insurance processes, and develop training and department initiatives. Travel to regional offices may be required.

Supports supply chain operations through vendor proposal review, agreement and asset management records, communications, reporting, and basic business analysis. Coordinates vendor engagement events and collaborates with project and business teams while following sourcing and operational standards. The role is mentored by senior supply chain staff and involves local commuting with occasional regional travel.
