Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from outbound pipeline generation through enterprise close. Build relationships with product marketing, enablement, IT, customer education, and L&D buyers; manage discovery, demos, trials, procurement, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and account expansion. The Founding AE will help define Clueso’s ideal customer profile, messaging, sales process, and future sales-team hiring and onboarding.

Own Clueso’s paid acquisition engine across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta to generate enterprise demos and self-serve trial signups. Manage budgets, pacing, attribution, CAC, pipeline, and ROAS while running experiments across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages. Maintain tracking and conversion events, optimize sales-led and product-led funnels, and collaborate with sales, marketing, design, and content teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

Own product design end to end across AI creation workflows, video editing, reusable systems, and team collaboration. Identify user problems, shape product direction, conduct research, create flows and prototypes, deliver polished interfaces, build scalable design patterns, and partner with founders and engineers through production. Use customer feedback, product usage, and metrics to improve shipped experiences. This hands-on role requires independent ownership, strong product judgment, visual and interaction craft, and clear communication.
