Success is measured through market penetration, win rate, retention, NPS, and gross margin.

Owns strategy for a defined market segment, shaping go-to-market plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving product adoption and revenue, and building executive customer relationships. The role uses customer and industry insights to guide product priorities, sales and services strategies, retention, and market positioning for AI-driven clinical trial software.

Own and build the company’s metadata-driven data layer as a hands-on principal architect. Design schema-flexible and versioned platforms with lineage, auditability, semantic mapping, and resilience to schema changes. Write production code, establish AI-assisted engineering practices with verification, coach engineers, and communicate architecture to technical and business stakeholders. Experience with regulated data, multi-tenant SaaS, semantic technologies, or clinical data standards is valuable.

Lead the demand generation function by translating go-to-market priorities into segmented campaigns across email, search, social, content, webinars, and events. Own HubSpot automation, Salesforce integration, lead scoring, funnel analytics, marketing-sourced pipeline, budgets, and agency performance. Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Operations to improve lead handoffs and conversion. Apply AI and automation to increase execution efficiency while coaching team members and building the future demand generation team.

Own and evolve CluePoints’ Azure and AKS platform, including infrastructure, networking, GitOps, observability, databases, security controls, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. Lead incident response, on-call operations, technical initiatives, design proposals, and mentoring. Support internal AI and engineering services while maintaining reliable, secure, and compliant SaaS systems in a regulated environment.

Lead the SRE team and own the cloud infrastructure and reliability roadmap for a regulated clinical-trials software platform. Responsibilities include managing Azure and Kubernetes infrastructure, infrastructure as code, self-service provisioning, observability, incident response, resilience, security, platform migrations, cost management, and audit-ready controls. The role also involves hiring, mentoring, technical direction, stakeholder communication, and compliance with ISO 27001 and GxP requirements.

Own and build the company’s data layer, including metadata-driven schemas, semantic modeling, versioned query interfaces, data lineage, and auditable change tracking. Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and clinical data standards is advantageous.

The Director of FP&A will own budgeting, rolling forecasts, integrated financial modeling, cash flow and headcount planning, SaaS KPI reporting, variance analysis, board reporting, and PE sponsor reporting. The role will improve planning infrastructure across NetSuite, Salesforce, Pigment, and Bob, apply AI to finance workflows, and lead and develop the FP&A team across a multi-entity, multi-currency SaaS business.

Own the monthly close and group consolidation across Belgium, the UK, Poland, and the US. Prepare IFRS and local GAAP accounts, manage intercompany eliminations and FX translation, support statutory and group audits, address international tax matters, improve reporting processes, and mentor accounting team members.
