Leads commercial growth execution as the CCO’s operating partner, translating strategy into measurable GTM programs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Operations. Owns growth orchestration, execution frameworks, KPI dashboards, performance reporting, enablement, accountability systems, and recurring commercial operating rhythms. Aligns cross-functional leadership, removes execution barriers, improves forecast confidence, and drives scalable growth initiatives across a life sciences SaaS organization.

Design, develop, and deploy learning experiences for commercial teams, including e-learning, role-play simulations, AI coaching, assessments, and LMS configuration. Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify technical and business content, configure Docebo learning journeys and reporting, measure learner outcomes, support pilot cohorts, iterate on materials, and provide documentation and source-file handover.

Build and evolve CluePoints’ enterprise data platform using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Responsibilities include migrating Azure SQL and ADF workloads, integrating SaaS and web data, developing scalable ingestion and transformation pipelines, maintaining Kimball dimensional models, and establishing CI/CD, data quality, lineage, security, and monitoring. The role partners with analytics leadership and supports trusted Power BI reporting across multiple business functions.

Owns squad-level product definition, specifications, backlog prioritization, clarifications, validation intent, and delivery alignment for an AI-enabled, regulated B2B SaaS product. The role translates Product Management requirements into clear product behavior, workflows, constraints, and acceptance expectations while collaborating with Engineering, QA, UX, Support, customers, and stakeholders. It requires hands-on AI use for product work, understanding of Agentic AI fundamentals, strong product judgment, and the ability to operate autonomously in complex domains.

Aligns cross-functional leadership, scales sales motions, identifies capability gaps, removes execution barriers, and drives measurable revenue, customer, and market growth initiatives.

Owns consolidated financial reporting across Belgium, the UK, Poland, and the US. Responsibilities include preparing IFRS-compliant consolidated accounts and disclosure notes, reviewing balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, coordinating intercompany eliminations and FX translation, supporting statutory and group audits, and improving close and reporting processes using NetSuite, consolidation software, and AI-enabled tools.

Organize and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and competitive content. Design onboarding and ramp programs, deliver ongoing sales coaching, identify training gaps, and coordinate content development with instructional designers. Manage enablement content and adoption within Docebo, using usage data to improve effectiveness. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product in a B2B SaaS environment.

Own and develop the company’s Power BI reporting environment, including semantic models, dashboards, advanced DAX, Power Query transformations, governance, deployment, and performance optimization. Collaborate with Data Engineering and business stakeholders to define KPIs, validate data, improve reporting quality, and deliver scalable BI solutions. Support data architecture, data quality, ad hoc analysis, and continuous improvement across enterprise reporting assets.

Develop high-performance C++ software and Python tooling for clinical trial analytics. Translate statistical algorithms and research prototypes into scalable production software, optimize performance and memory usage, build automated tests, and support validation and deployment of computational models. Collaborate with researchers, statisticians, product managers, and engineers on data-intensive systems, architecture, automation, machine learning, and research innovation.

Explore, prototype, and productionize AI solutions for clinical data review, focusing on LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and intelligent workflows. Build modular agent systems, APIs, and interfaces; integrate clinical data sources; evaluate and monitor AI performance; and ensure scalable, reproducible, traceable, auditable solutions aligned with regulatory expectations. Collaborate with clinical experts, product managers, and engineering teams while contributing to AI innovation strategy.

Owns group consolidated financial reporting across Belgium, the UK, Poland, and the US. Prepares IFRS-compliant consolidated accounts and disclosure notes, reviews balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, coordinates intercompany eliminations and foreign exchange translation, supports group and statutory audits, and improves close and reporting processes using NetSuite, consolidation software, and AI-enabled tools.
