Designs and releases mechanical components and subsystems for electric and ICE vehicles, including powertrains, chassis, suspension, brakes, steering, and frames. Develops specifications, qualification plans, risk analyses, DFMEAs, DVP&Rs, technology roadmaps, and test acceptance criteria. Manages multiple projects, removes implementation barriers, coordinates with suppliers and cross-functional teams, supports regulatory compliance, leads customer interactions, and applies structured problem-solving methods.

Three-and-a-half-year rotational supply chain leadership program involving material planning, production scheduling, SIOP, new product development, sourcing, manufacturing analysis, and category management. Participants lead continuous improvement projects, receive professional development and certification support, present to leadership, and may relocate across multiple global locations.

Manages Club Car’s regional dealer and channel partner network across New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Develops sales strategies, expands commercial and consumer vehicle business, supports key accounts, trains dealer sales teams, evaluates dealer performance, recruits partners, conducts outside sales calls, and represents the company at trade shows. The role requires extensive territory travel, business planning, CRM proficiency, and maintaining revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and margin targets.
