Receive, inspect, store and issue food products ensuring quality, date codes, hygiene and HACCP compliance. Maintain inventory, record shortages, assist loading/unloading, place orders, and coordinate with Purchasing.

Manage equipment reconciliation, shipments, returns, inventory counts and orders. Coordinate delivery schedules with Customs and Account Managers, report shortages, and support replenishment and related administrative duties.

Perform quality and quantity inspections of airline meal tray set-ups, position catering items by flight, complete checklists, confirm meal counts with flight attendants, correct shortages, and maintain meal tags.

Supervise storeroom operations including receiving, inspection, storage, rotation (FIFO) and inventory control. Lead and schedule a 10–15 person team, ensure HACCP compliance, manage orders with Purchasing, resolve inventory discrepancies, and maintain storeroom cleanliness and security.
