Manages and optimizes legal technology platforms, contract lifecycle systems, governance tools, integrations, workflows, dashboards, and AI solutions. Serves as the primary technology liaison for Legal, IT, and business teams; maintains data integrity, compliance, legal entity records, reporting, and process documentation. Leads implementations, automation, training, adoption, and continuous improvement while supporting budgeting, risk and compliance, procurement, litigation holds, and cross-functional legal operations.

Drives new recycling sales through prospecting, cold calling, networking, industry events, and relationship development. Manages customer accounts, negotiates and renews service agreements, prepares quotes, maintains CRM records, and provides tailored recycling solutions through customer visits. Collaborates with operations, billing, dispatch, and regional sales teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Drive new and existing business growth for recycling services through prospecting, cold calling, networking, industry events, and customer account management. Responsibilities include qualifying opportunities, meeting revenue goals, negotiating and renewing service agreements, preparing quotes, maintaining CRM records, educating customers, conducting onsite visits, and collaborating with operations, billing, and dispatch teams.

Coordinates customer service and logistics for recycled material sales, including pickup and delivery scheduling, load data entry, freight hauler coordination, order management, documentation, reporting, research, and process improvement. Resolves urgent service issues while supporting customers, suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams.

Process and audit multi-state payroll, validate earnings and deductions, resolve discrepancies, ensure payroll tax and wage-law compliance, reconcile payroll to the general ledger, prepare reports and dashboards, maintain payroll system data, and improve payroll processes. The role partners with HR, Finance, Benefits, and operations while supporting audits, year-end activities, implementations, and employee payroll inquiries.

Manages customer accounts from setup through ongoing support, including service changes, documentation, reporting, discrepancy resolution, equipment requests, and account maintenance. Coordinates with dispatch, transportation, operations, accounting, sales, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate service delivery. Responds to customer inquiries, supports portal access, coordinates rescheduled pickups, and maintains detailed records in a fully in-office environment.
