Leads implementations, automation, training, adoption, and continuous improvement while supporting budgeting, risk and compliance, procurement, litigation holds, and cross-functional legal operations.

Drives new recycling sales through prospecting, cold calling, networking, industry events, and relationship development. Manages customer accounts, negotiates and renews service agreements, prepares quotes, maintains CRM records, and provides tailored recycling solutions through customer visits. Collaborates with operations, billing, dispatch, and regional sales teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
