Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, and delivery for key Clozd platform products and features. Partner with leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to improve business metrics, conduct customer and market research, launch products, and develop AI-enabled tools that accelerate product development.

Serve as the primary client-facing technical resource for Clozd’s platform. Support integrations and feature implementations, investigate bugs, monitor AI quality signals, troubleshoot complex product issues, answer difficult questions, and translate client feedback into actionable product requests. Improve scalable client support through documentation automation, AI support enhancements, status visibility, and enablement. The role requires strong technical aptitude, independent investigation, executive communication, ownership, and client empathy.

Consulting Associates assist in delivering win-loss analysis programs through scheduling interviews, summarizing themes, and improving processes to exceed client expectations.

Account Executives manage the sales process, building client relationships, achieving sales quotas, and promoting win-loss analysis solutions.
